Before you begin
AI requires the organization’s AI capability, available usage, and access to the target module. The available workflow depends on the screen you are using.
Steps
-
Open the module and target you want help with, such as a playbook, scoutbook, or opponent.
-
Choose an available AI action. Supported workflows include text-to-play, hand-drawn play conversion, opponent roster research, scouting reports, and CSV generation/import assistance.
-
Provide the requested instructions and attachments. Check the target before submitting.
-
Review generated content, citations, and any validation feedback. Use the workflow’s available action to apply the result, then verify the target record.
What to expect
Generated work is associated with its workflow and target, and can be reviewed in AI History.
Troubleshooting
If generation fails, inspect the error and history before resubmitting. Check credits, access, and input requirements. Generated facts and diagrams need a coach’s review before use.
Review before using
Verify opponent identities, roster details, citations, and diagram intent. An AI response is not evidence that a change has been applied; inspect the destination record after the apply step.
