Build planning-cycle rosters

Before you begin

Players and team structure should exist before you build a roster. You need access to the selected planning cycle.

Steps

1. Open Schedule → Planning Cycles and select the cycle.

2. Open Rosters and create or select a roster.

3. Add the available players and their roster assignments using your team’s units and positions.

4. Review the roster for missing players and incorrect assignments before using it in planning.

What to expect

The cycle has a roster that describes the players available for that work.

Troubleshooting

If a player or position is missing, check People and Team Structure in the same team. A player in another team is not automatically selectable.
