Plan events and practice blocks

Before you begin

You need Schedule access and permission to edit events. Drill tracking can also require Player Development access.

Steps

1. Open Schedule → Events, or open a planning cycle’s Events view.

2. Create an event and enter its type, title, start and end, and any available cycle or location fields. Save the event.

3. Open the event and add blocks for the practice or meeting segments. Set their timing and details; add child blocks when a segment needs more structure.

4. Associate the available drills or roster details, then review the event’s timing and print output before sharing the plan.

What to expect

The event contains a usable sequence of blocks for your staff to follow.

Troubleshooting

If a drill option is unavailable, check Player Development and Operations access. Review event and block timing when a segment falls outside the expected schedule.
