Update team identity and time zone

Before you begin

You need Team Settings access. A blank team time zone inherits the organization time zone.

Steps

1. Open Admin → Settings in the intended Team Hub.

2. Use the Team logo uploader to add or replace the logo. Wait for the upload to finish.

3. Edit Team name, Prefix, Time zone, or Team color. Keep the team name filled in.

4. Choose Save Settings. Review the Inherited Settings area for the organization and active time zones.

What to expect

The team details are saved; inherited and active time zones show how scheduling is interpreted.

Troubleshooting

If the active time zone is unexpected, check whether the team field is blank. A profile theme preference and the team’s identity color are separate settings.
