You need Finance & Fundraising access. Confirm the intended account and team before creating a fundraiser.
Steps

Open Finances → Fundraisers and create a fundraiser.

Complete the required details and available account or campaign settings, then save.

Open the fundraiser detail to manage its available calendar and player-contribution workflows.

Review recorded activity and reports as the campaign progresses.
What to expect
The fundraiser groups the campaign’s operational and financial activity.
Troubleshooting
If contributions are missing, verify the selected fundraiser, player, and account. Do not record an online payment again as a separate donation without checking the ledger.
