Before you begin
Subscriptions are organization-based, including personal organizations. Only an account with the relevant billing access should make purchasing changes.
Steps

Open Subscription from the organization you want to cover. Review your current access, usage, and purchased terms.

Compare Free, Coach, Team, Program, and League. Coach costs $10/month or $100/year and includes two teams, one staff account, 500 MB storage, unlimited playbooks and variations, personal playbooks, and Print Room. Coach includes no AI credits. Team and higher include all premium features with different capacity allowances.

Choose monthly or annual billing and any additional staff accounts. The owner counts as a staff account. Players and guardians do not consume staff seats.

Review the price, billing address, tax, and payment details before subscribing. Existing subscribers keep their purchased terms until they explicitly switch.
What to expect
New organizations receive a premium trial automatically when creating their first team. Invited members join under the organization’s existing plan. No payment card is required for the trial.
Free access lasts indefinitely and includes roster, calendar, team messaging, and limited team playbooks. Free playbooks cover offense, defense, and special teams. The variation allowance applies across all plays in each book. Personal playbooks require paid access. Print Room is unavailable on Free. Paid Print Room access only includes documents from modules your plan and role allow.
AI credits and storage are shared by the organization. Monthly credits do not roll over; trial credits last for the entire trial. Reaching a limit does not create an automatic overage charge.
Downgrades and trial expiry
Your work and Print Room presets stay saved. Print Room becomes unavailable when paid or trial access expires. Choose which teams, staff, playbooks, and variations remain active within the plan limits. Excess work becomes read-only and excess staff lose staff access. If storage exceeds the allowance, remove files or upgrade before uploading more.
Troubleshooting
Payment and role permissions are separate. If a tool is missing, check the selected organization, subscription state, and your role. A pending team join request must be approved before onboarding is complete.
