Before you begin

The hub switcher shows only contexts your account can access. A role determines which actions are available within a hub.

Steps

  1. Open the hub switcher and choose Coach Hub, an organization, or a team.

  2. Read the hub name before creating or editing records. Team records belong to the selected team; organization records belong to the selected organization.

  3. When multiple roles are available in the active hub, use the role control to select the appropriate one. A single available role is shown without a switcher.

  4. Choose a module from that hub’s navigation. If you cannot see a module, check its availability and your access rather than assuming it exists in every hub.

What to expect

Navigation, data, and available actions reflect the hub and role you selected. In your personal area, Teams and Organizations separate the records you own from those you have joined. Coaching contains your private Playbooks and Drills.

Troubleshooting

Coach Hub does not use the same role switcher as team contexts. On a narrow screen, look for hub roles in the hub menu and profile/notifications in the account menu.
